 | What is the major change to the new annual fee scheme? |
According to the new annual fee scheme, you are not required to prepay the annual fee for the year. If you meet the annual spending requirement in the past 12 months from the month required to pay annual fee, the annual fee of the coming year will be waived. The annual spending requirement on the new annual fee scheme will be reduced from HK$120,000 to HK$50,000. And the ANA flight requirement (4 ANA International flights) will not be included in the new annual fee scheme.

 | If I meet the spending requirement, will annual fee for my supplementary account be waived? |
Yes. Spending of supplementary card will be combined to Principal Cardholder. If total spending meets HK$50,000 or above, annual fee for both your principal and your supplementary account will be waived.

 | I am an existing cardholder for ANA Card HK and just paid up my annual fee , will my annual fee be refunded now? |
If you have paid annual fee between April 2008 and March 2009, annual fee will be refunded to you if you can meet the spending requirement (i.e. HK$50,000) or ANA flight requirement (4 ANA International flights) in the coming 12 months from the month when annual fee is paid.

You may refer to the monthly credit card statement, or contact Dah Sing Credit Card Service Centre at 2828 8138 (in Cantonese/English) or 2882 5029 (in Japanese) for checking the accumulated spending with your ANA Credit Card account in the past 12 months (figures for reference only). You can also contact the number if you have any enquiries on the new annual fee scheme.
