| 1) | Booking must be made through ANA Hong Kong Reservation Office. |
| 2) | This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount or special offers. |
| 3) | Reservation and Ticketing Period: 27Apr10 – 30Sep10 |
| 4) | Travel Period: 01May10 – 30Oct10 (Hong Kong departure) |
| 5) | Reservation and ticketing must be made at least 4 working days prior to departure. |
| 6) | Reservation for the whole journey must be confirmed when ticket issue. |
| 7) | Once whole journey is confirmed, ticket must be issued according to ticket deadline set by ANA. |
| 8) | Fares quoted do not included airport departure tax, Hong Kong Airport Security Service Charge, peak season surcharge, fuel surcharge and other related charges. |
| 9) | Payment must be settled by ANA Card HK Visa Platinum. Cardholder can contact ANA Hong Kong Reservation Office through the phone or visit ANA Hong Kong City Ticketing Counter in person to make the payment. Cardholder and the companion tickets must issue at the same time. |
| 10) | The companion must be AMC (ANA Mileage Club) member. New AMC applicant is accepted. |
| 11) | Companion must travel together with cardholder throughout the whole journey. |
| 12) | Valid on ANA Group Operating flights only. |
| 13) | Ticket is valid for 7 days from date of journey commenced. |
| 14) | Routings cannot be changed after ticket issued. |
| 15) | Refund for wholly unused ticket is applicable by paying HKD1,000(Adult) HKD750(Child) handling charge per ticket; partially used ticket is not applicable for refund. |
| 16) | Date change is permitted with charge at HKD500(Adult) HKD375(Child) per transaction and per ticket. Change must be made prior to Hong Kong departure. Date change fee must be settled by ANA Card HK Visa Platinum in person at ANA Hong Kong City Ticketing Counter or contact ANA Hong Kong Reservation Office through the phone immediately after new departure date is confirmed. |
| 17) | Japan domestic flights to/from Tokyo or Osaka are permitted to include in the journey at HKD600(Adult) HKD450(Child) per sector (maximum 2 sectors) when combined and issued in conjunction with international air ticket at one time. |
| 18) | Open Jaw trip is permitted in Japan. |
| 19) | Paying fare difference, using mileage or points for upgrade to a higher class of service is not allowed. |
| 20) | Mileage accrual restricted to ANA Mileage Club (AMC) member only. Cardholder and companion can earn 70% of basic mileage on AMC only. |
| 21) | In case of any dispute, the decision of ANA shall be final. |
