Definition of Personal Information

Personal Information, as used herein, refers to any information regarding the client, and has to be the information that the same client in question is able to distinguish.

Purposes of Collecting the Information and Ways to Limit use or Disclosure
We use the personal information submitted by our clients solely to process the application procedure, to provide any service that the clients requested, or to inform them on any new services. Whenever we decide to form a business affiliation with another corporation, we exchange a strict agreement on our duty of information security and the right to audit with the partners. Also, we limit our information disclosure only to the information that is necessary to the service after our clients consent to such disclosure in case when our disclosure may infringe the rights of our clients. However, in following cases, such limitations may not be in force.
	If the disclosure is required by law
	In case when we must transfer clients’ credit obligation to a collection company or outsource to the collection itself to another company due to reasons such as delinquency in payment.

Limitation of Employee Access

We will permit only authorized employees, who are trained in the proper handling of customer information, to have access to that information. Employees who violate our Privacy Promise will be subject to our normal disciplinary process.
